G1 and G2 are engaged in a variety of games that helps them to develop fundamental movement skills such as dodging, chasing, fleeing, catching, throwing, and kicking. So far these youngsters are able to tell you that "Games have aims and rules" and can explain articulately why it is important to adhere to rules and to have boundaries in games.
G3-5 students are focusing on using tactics and strategy in game play to help them attack and defend more successfully. So far these upper elementary students have played invasion games such as Zone Defence, Outlet, and Bench Ball to try out various tactics. They are practicing their communication skills as well as learning how to be tolerant and caring towards teammates.
